Great Pastrami Reviewer: Lisa Mc Carthy from Ventura Really good pastrami sandwiches, very good onion rings, and fries! Here's a big tip, the onion rings, and especially the fries are large enough to feed three to four people I'm not kidding, order 1 and you'll see.

Delicious Reviewer: leo from Simi valley When im in the mood for a delicious burger or pastrami sandwich or both at the same time the hat's pastrami burger is honestly hits the spot. Im a man who needs his fix of meat and the pastrami burger is loaded with pastrami and lots of beef the pastrami just falls out the sides so you have a little afterwards cool down snack and oh yah did i mention that it fills you up and you dont feel fat afterwards because feel like a man.

Best Pastrami Around Reviewer: Debbie from Ventura, CA The Hat is the only place I will go for a pastrami sandwich. It is loaded with meat on a delicious french roll. I only wish there was a Hat location in Ventura or Oxnard! I used to live in Los Angeles and co-workers and I would order from the Monterey Park, CA location. Their chili cheese fries are pretty fabulous too!

Ehhh...fast food that's not fast Reviewer: Matt Crawford from Canoga Park, CA Been to this place twice. First time ordered the Pastrami (dripping with water from a steam table) pretty lean, but meat soaked in water is not for me. Second time steak sandwich...okay no joke...a hockey puck on a roll, tossed the sandwich afer one bite. The fries are good. The staff does not speak the same language as I do (English) so ordering was a challenge. I won't try again, but the place seems popular. Any other places in Simi with a decent sandwich.
