little park is tucked deep into the Ocean Avenue
neighborhood. It is a great little slice of green in
the area.
Ocean Avenue Park offers
a children's play area, picnic tables and grills, and
basketball courts.
Directions:
From the 101 take the Seaward exit and turn away from
the ocean. When you get to Ocean Avenue turn left
and drive until you reach the end of the road. The
park's small parking lot is through the small gate.
