present high-quality professional theater for the
entertainment, enrichment and education of the community.
Founded in November of 1998 by Karyl Lynn Burns and James
O’Neil, this theatre is well-known for its high caliber

organizations stated goal is to build a Village for the
Arts in Ventura's Downtown Cultural District for Theatre,
Music, Dance, and Visual Art. In the meantime they
provide an excellent website that provides a central
database for arts related events in the area. Their
vision of the downtown district, by the way, is wonderful. |
