Average, average, and average Reviewer: Grant from Ventura, CA This place if good for those who don't get out much. Average selection, average food, and average overall decor. While the food is in no way bad, it couldn't be more basic and less innovative than it is. The service is great though. If you are looking for something special, keep looking. If you are looking for a basic Italian meal with average prices then you have found your place.

Coming back for sure!! Reviewer: Shana from Oxnard, Ca My husband and I went to get my car checked out at Midas. They said it would be 30 min. so we went across the street to Dominicks and OH MY GOD! It was great. I had the pasta and it was awesome. I was only 20 then so I couldn't have any wine but I am 21 now and I definitley want to go back and have some wine with my pasta!! Don't let the outside fool you. Just because it looks bad on the outside the inside is great!!

Wonderful , brings back memories of young days Reviewer: Lori Harline-Nelson from Clovis, CA I used to go there all the time in college, since i knew Brian and his family. I loved the home made bread and soup. I helped Brian redo the old fridge, not sure if it is still there, I haven't been in years, my mom says everything is spectacular. Brian and his family run a close knit restaurant which makes you want to keep coming back to be apart of his family.

Great Place!! Reviewer: jake from san diego I have to agree with each of the previous reviews here. The great atmosphere is only trumped by the food. I make it a point to stop there and eat each time i am passing through. The family runs a quality establishment and are great if you have a chance to chat. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone for a unique experience. Try the desserts, made in house and delicious (mmmmm...cheesecake)

I love it because it strays from common spegehtti and meatballs (although it made it to the perminant menu) and has intresting weekly specials that are well-worth the try. plus the tiramisu is delicious!

Our all time family favorite over the years Reviewer: kim from Newbury Park, CA Our family has enjoyed this restaurant since I was a girl. My husband and I courted among candle lit tables and continue to share our favorite restaurant with friends. It is easy to see everything is made from scratch and everything tastes marvelous! We have come to know some of the chefs over time and we enjoy chatting together. We love this place and are planning a visit tonight. I´ll have the eggplant parmasean.

Excellent food and service Reviewer: Sara Rose from Ventura, CA 93003 I love Dominicks! I come here all the time, its a great environment family owned and operated! Candlelight dinner is very romantic! The eggplant parmesian and cheese ravioli are great! Of course you have to have dessert also! Everything is great! Average prices...great food :)
