Phone Order Reviewer: Becky from Ventura, Ca I have placed TOGO orders at Ozeki many times! Tonight I wasn't so thrilled with the girl who answered the phone and took my order. For one she talked really fast and the noise in the background was so loud she was almost yelling, she said "what do you want?" very rudely. When taking my order she had an attitude, as if she was to busy to take my order. I guess if I didn't like the food so much I would have passed and gone somewhere else. Ozeki has great food, I just think that the phone etiquette needs a little work.

One of my favorites Reviewer: Ryan from Oxnard I have to say, the best Chirashi in the area. I've been looking for a place since the closure of Hiro Sushi. This is the place. Their bento box meals are very good. And I highly recommend the Tony Roll.

My new favorite restaurant Reviewer: Sarah from Ventura Ozeki's is one of the best sushi places in town. The Red Blossom roll is my favorite food in the world right now. The service is great, always a warm (loud) welcome and they menu is plentiful. I highly recommend this great sushi place in a weird location.

best sushi in town Reviewer: Audrey from Ventura Are you looking for great sushi for a comfortable cost? then this is the perfect place, if youre worried about it being busy, go on a week night. their sushi rolls are delicious with two pages to choose from. Ive been to many cities and this slightly humble place is the best sushi I have ever had. Make sure you tell them its your birthday when you go.

I can't recommend eating here (yet) Reviewer: Jack from Oxnard My first visit was today. Unfortunately, the place was very busy for lunch, so I was only able to fit in a sashimi salad (great!) and 4 sushi rolls (tasty & loaded with fish!), so I can't really be sure if this place is worth recommending yet. Let me have another 10 or 20 visits before you make the place even busier - thanks for understanding.
